Thoughtful, attachment-informed supervision for therapists in early practice. A collaborative space to develop your clinical voice, build your expertise, and reinforce your self-care.
"You are your greatest tool. You deserve compassion, support, and a collaborative space to help you grow to your full potential."
Each session is built around your clinical work — the cases staying with you, the moments of uncertainty, the threads you're beginning to notice in yourself and your clients. Rather than directing, I create space for you to articulate what you're seeing and learn to trust it. Over time, those observations start to coalesce into something meaningful: a clearer sense of the modalities, presentations, and niches that feel most naturally yours.
Supervision is also a space to remember we are human. Feeling triggered, stuck, or frustrated with a client isn't a failing — it's clinical information. This is a non-judgemental space to be honest about all of it, to work through countertransference and imposter syndrome with the same compassion we encourage our clients to offer themselves. Continued self-reflection and self-care aren't just good practice — they protect our clients too.
I'm a lateral thinker who finds connections across presentations, frameworks, and what might seem like unrelated threads. I work with images, analogies, and unexpected entry points to help things land differently — particularly when a more direct route hasn't quite clicked. Sessions often feel more like a rich clinical conversation than a formal review.
Get in touch to discuss your supervision needs and whether we'd be a good fit. I offer a brief introductory call so we can both get a sense of how this might work.
