A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to talk about what's bringing you here, how I work, and whether this feels like a good fit โ€” for both of us.

Setting up your account
Once we decide to move forward, you'll receive a link to set up your client account through the booking portal. This includes intake paperwork, informed consent, and a few other forms โ€” all completed at your own pace before we meet.

Your first session
A fuller conversation about what's been going on, what you're hoping for, and what feels most pressing. We'll start to get a sense of each other and what the work might look like.

Finding your rhythm
Together we'll figure out how often we meet, whether in person or virtually, and what structure feels most useful. This can shift as the work evolves.
